National Training Laboratories Institute for Applied Behavioral Science, or NTL, is a non-profit behavioral psychology center based in Maryland. They’ve been around since 1947 and are most well known for developing T-Groups — a kind of small-group encounter system often used by corporations for sensitivity or human relations training.
But what really fascinates me about NTL’s work is the development of The Learning Pyramid.
