Here’s todays prompt:
Let’s dive into your teen diaries...or write a supernatural thriller….or remember loved ones, or not so loved ones. Make a list of 10 ideas/things pertaining to ghosts.
Choose your archetype and use this writing prompt in the following ways (or get creative and let the prompt guide you!):
The Hesitater: Make a listicle. What are your top ten favorite ghost stories? Are you drawn more to The Sixth Sense or Ghost? Bruce Willis or Patrick Swayze?
The Teacher: Make a list of ten ways to approach your personal ghosts...in the literal or metaphorical sense (i.e. sage sticks or therapy sessions).
The Spiller: Make a list of 10 ghosts that have haunted you. How did you approach them? How did you rid yourself of them? How did they shape you?
The Skipper: Take us on a virtual ghost tour! Make a list of the 10 most haunted places in your country.
The Artist: Don’t think. Let your muse do that for you. Make a list of ten things/words/ideas that come to mind when you hear the word ghost. It can be other words, names, movies, books, songs, stories, etc. Can you find a connection in your list? What does it tell you about yourself?
